Med-Surg Ortho RN

Med-Surg Ortho RN is needed in Tallahassee, FL.

This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $27.72 - $39.60 depending on years of experience
• Night Shift Differential: $3.00
• Weekend Differential: $2.00
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $20,000 case-by-case

Responsibilities

• Shifts Available:
• Days: 7 am - 7 pm (Rotating weekends)
• Nights: 7 pm - 7 am (Rotating weekends)
• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
• Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Requirements

• 1 year of recent RN experience
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure before start is required
• Current BLS required
• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
• BSN is preferred
