Job summary

Princeton MedSpa Partners in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a medically driven aesthetic center specializing in hormone replacement therapy and laser-based treatments. You will collaborate with a supervising clinician to craft treatment plans and deliver high‑quality care in a walk‑in, patient‑friendly environment.

This role requires Arizona NP licensure, experience in aesthetics or injectables is preferred, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in Arizona.
• Experience in aesthetics/injectables preferred.
• 1–3 years experience with injectables and lasers preferred.
• Able to complete the 8-hour laser certification (LSO) if not certified.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage HRT treatment plans.
• Conduct Good Faith Exams (GFE) per Arizona regulations.
• Perform (or train to perform) aesthetic injectables (neurotoxins, fillers).
• Deliver or oversee laser treatments with appropriate training and certification.
• Ensure all services comply with state regulations and medical protocols.
• Collaborate with supervising provider and clinical team for patient outcomes.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team in Arizona. This role blends hormone replacement therapy (HRT), aesthetic services, and advanced laser treatments in a high-quality, medically driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and manage Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) treatment plans
• Conduct Good Faith Exams (GFE) in accordance with Arizona regulations
• Perform (or train to perform) aesthetic injectable treatments (e.g., neurotoxins, dermal fillers)
• Deliver or oversee laser treatments following appropriate training and certification
• Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with state regulations and medical protocols
• Collaborate with supervising providerand clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Arizona
• Experience in aesthetics and/or injectables preferred, but not required
• 1-3 year working experience withinjectables and laser treatments strongly preferred
• Ability to complete the required 8-hour laser certification course (LSO) if not already certified

Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

• Must adhere to Arizona medical regulations, including proper delegation and supervision for laser procedures
• Laser treatments require oversight by a licensed provider (MD/DO/NP/PA) and appropriate certification
