Job Description

Responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for basic to advanced automobile accidents. Determines coverage, liability, damages, and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within the limit of authority.

This is a Fully Remote PIP/MedPay claims opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned reps from areas involving fraud or subrogation to achieve the best outcome.
• Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and understand potential property damage.
• Identify customer needs and work to meet them using appropriate customer service skills.
• Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling.
• Apply an intermediate understanding of insurance policies, industry standards, and organizational relationships.
• Handle investigations regarding auto claims (coverage, damages, subrogation) with discretion and independence within increased authority.

Education

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does not have supervisory duties.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the above requirements.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role ranges from $38,792 to $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
