Qualifications

• Minimum 1–10 years of experience as an attorney, with civil litigation focus preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations.
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in Kentucky or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Assist in preparing cases for hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Maintain client communication and provide timely updates.
• Handle discovery reviews and responses, and support deposition processes.
• Appear in court for routine motions and hearings under senior attorney supervision.
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risks to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to meet client objectives.
• Meet billable hour targets through efficient case management.
