Job summary

Bradigan's Inc. is seeking a full-time mechanic to perform medium-to-heavy duty repairs on its fleet. You will grease trucks and trailers, inspect and adjust brakes, inspect tires, diagnose and repair wiring, suspension, driveline, and perform light body work on trucks and trailers.

You will keep maintenance records, coordinate with dispatch for dealer services, track preventative maintenance, wash vehicles, and assist with bulk plant repairs. You must provide your own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Grease trucks and trailers on regular basis
• Adjust and inspect brakes on trailers, tractors and straight trucks
• Inspect and replace tires – flat repairs done in-house
• Diagnose and repair wiring issues with all owned equipment, replace non-functioning lights and ensure all lights work
• Diagnose and repair suspension issues, replace air bags, shocks, bushings, etc.
• Diagnose and repair driveline issues, U joints, drive shafts, PTO shafts, etc.
• Light body repairs on trucks and trailers – bumpers, fenders, mud flaps, etc.
• Complete oil changes on all owned equipment
• Minor engine repairs on trucks, belts, hoses, filters, etc.
• Keep maintenance records of all in-house repairs and coordinate with dispatch for dealer service
• Track preventative maintenance and ensure trucks are serviced regularly
• Wash trucks and clean interiors
• Perform repairs and maintenance on fuel delivery systems and tanks; keep records of annual vapor tests
• Help with repairs around bulk plant on valves, piping, pumps, etc.

Bradigan's Inc. is seeking a full-time mechanic to assist with medium-to-heavy duty repairs on its fleet of vehicles. Daily duties including but not limited to are listed below:

• Grease trucks and trailers on regular basis
• Adjust and inspect brakes on trailers, tractors and straight trucks
• Inspect and replace tires when needed – full tire changes will be completed by tire shop, but flat repairs will be handled in house
• Diagnose and repair wiring issues with all owned equipment, replace non-functioning lights and make sure all lights are working as they should
• Diagnose and repair suspension issues, replace air bags, shocks, bushings, etc.
• Diagnose and repair driveline issues, U joints, Drive shafts, PTO shafts, etc.
• Light body repairs on trucks and trailers – bumpers, fenders, mud flaps, etc.
• Complete oil changes on all owned equipment
• Minor engine repairs on trucks, belts, hoses, filters, etc.
• Keep maintenance records of all in house repairs and work with dispatch to schedule anything that needs to be taken to a truck dealer
• Track preventative maintenance and work with dispatch to make sure that all trucks are being serviced regularly.

• Help with repairs around bulk plant on valves, piping, pumps, etc.
