Job summary

Inductive is seeking a creative medicinal chemist to drive drug discovery programs across lead generation to development. You will collaborate with compchem, DMPK, and ML colleagues to deliver AI-enabled workflows and accelerate projects.

You will contribute extensive synthetic chemistry expertise, evaluate compound quality, and work with CROs while communicating findings and gathering feedback to advance candidates toward the clinic.

Qualifications

• Creative and accomplished medicinal chemist with a synthetic organic chemistry background.
• Direct experience at all stages of drug discovery projects.
• Strong background in evaluating compound quality, from LLE to dose prediction.
• Experience with various modalities including reversible and covalent compounds.
• Years of chemical synthesis experience with CROs.
• Effective communication and willingness to seek feedback.
• Experience with predictive models and automation is a plus!
