Job summary

Inductive Bio is seeking a capable full-stack engineer to build and enhance our drug-discovery platform. You will work across frontend and backend, shaping infrastructure for scalable model management and low-latency inference, while collaborating with ML engineers.

You will interact with scientific customers to drive platform improvements and contribute to strategic business decisions at a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
• Proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience operating, monitoring, and deploying systems using cloud infrastructure.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Interest in diving deep into the science of drug discovery and the business of a growing startup.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:
