Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Medication Coordinator (AL) for a seasonal role in Prescott Valley, AZ. You will administer medications to Assisted Living residents, monitor health, and document care using electronic health records, while collaborating with the care team to ensure safe, respectful, and comprehensive services.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior caregiving or healthcare experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in caregiving or healthcare settings preferred (medication aide/technician).
Strong English communication skills and clear documentation practice.

Responsibilities

Coordinate medication administration schedules according to prescribed dosages and timing.
Document medication distribution accurately, maintaining updated resident medication lists and administration logs.
Monitor medication storage and inventory levels, coordinating refills and supplies as needed.
Ensure safety protocols to safeguard residents.
Monitor residents’ health, report changes to leadership.
Respect residents’ dignity, privacy, and independence.
Collaborate with the care team to provide comprehensive resident care.
