Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-hire Valley Academy training expected.
• CPR certification obtained post-hire.
• Valley de-escalation certification obtained post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Distributes and manages monitored medications to patients.
• Acts as first contact for medication-related questions from patients and team.
• Coordinates with prescribers and pharmacy to ensure correct medications and timing.
• Ensures documentation and medical records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Mentors other treatment team members and supports coverage during absences.
