Job summary

Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC) is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide hands-on daily living support, follow individualized care plans, and help maintain a warm, home-like environment for residents.

You will collaborate with nurses and families, ensure safety and documentation, and contribute to a supportive care team. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with opportunities for professional growth within a mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required or preferred.
• CPR Certification required.
• 1-3 years of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Create a warm, home-like environment.
• Monitor and report changes in resident health.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and DHEC-compliant living space.
• Work closely with nurses, families, and the care team.
• Maintain documentation and safety standards.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
