PRN / PER DIEM

All Shifts: Days, Evenings, Nights

8 Hour Shifts


Hospital Details

VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. It includes a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility and an assisted living unit. The state-of-the-art, single-story facility offers comprehensive care and living solutions for post-injury or illness recovery, providing an integrated care continuum for patients and residents.

Responsibilities

Assist residents, their families, and prospective residents as needed. Supervise and record medications, assist with activities of daily living, help residents in or out of bed, record vital signs, communicate with physicians and consultants, and arrange appointments and transportation. Ensure compliance with state regulations, file reports, assist in training new staff, respond to emergency calls, and help maintain residents' dignity and safety.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

  • Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and hazardous waste procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Professional and courteous interaction with residents and staff.
  • Calm response to emergencies and professional image.
  • Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions.
  • Proficiency with relevant computer applications.
