All Shifts: Days, Evenings, Nights

8 Hour Shifts

Hospital Details

VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. It includes a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility and an assisted living unit. The facility is designed to provide comprehensive care and living needs post-injury or illness, delivering a fully integrated care continuum for patients and residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents, their families, and prospective residents as needed.
• Supervise and record medications.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Communicate with physicians and consultants, and follow up as needed.
• Make physician appointments and arrange transportation if necessary.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and assist in training new employees.
• Respond to emergency alert calls.
• Maintain residents' dignity, safety, and respect.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and hazardous waste procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
