Job summary

The Ivy Cherry Hills, part of Oakmont Management Group, seeks a QMAP Medication Technician to assist in medication administration and resident care. Open 12-hour shifts; excellent team environment and opportunities for career growth across multiple states.

Responsibilities include preparing/distributing medications, coordinating with pharmacies and physicians, and maintaining confidential care records. Minimum RCFE experience preferred; LVN license a plus; strong customer service and teamwork

Qualifications

• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Completion of state-required training/certification may be required.
• Must be able to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with the resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
