Job summary

Prestige Senior Living - Bridgewood in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Medication Technician to provide medication services and direct resident care. You will assist with daily living activities, maintain records, and coordinate with pharmacies and healthcare staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.

The role requires one or more years of personal care experience with older adults, CPR/First Aid certifications, and a Food Handlers permit.

Qualifications

• One or more years of personal care experience with older adults preferred or required by state regulations.
• Current CPR certification, First Aid training, and Food Handlers permit are required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate the medication room and services under Health Services Director guidance.
• Process medication orders per state regulations and physician orders.
• Administer and assist with routine and non-routine medications as directed.
• Maintain accurate medication/treatment records in residents' charts.
• Coordinate with pharmacies for orders and refills; report errors per policy.
• Assist with resident care, daily living activities, and mobility per care plans.
