Horizon House in Seattle is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our Assisted Living team. You will assist residents with medications under RN delegation, ensuring accuracy and safety.
You will collaborate with nurses, CNAs and other staff to support health and well-being with empathy and professionalism. The ideal candidate holds WA NAC with OBRA, English proficiency, EMR experience, and current CPR/First Aid.

$24.65 - $27.82 per hour (based on union scale)
All shifts follow a 3-week rotating schedule, workdays and days off vary by week.
We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our Assisted Living team. In this vital role, you’ll assist residents with medications and ensure accuracy and safety in all medication systems under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) Delegator. As a Med Tech, you’ll work closely with nurses, CNAs, and other team members to support our residents’ health and well-being—delivering exceptional care with professionalism, empathy, and teamwork.
