Job summary

The Meridian at Boca Raton is hiring a Part-Time Medication Technician to assist in administering medications to residents in a regulated, compassionate environment. You will maintain care records, report changes in resident conditions, and interact professionally with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public to ensure safety and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold a Medication Aide/Technician Certification, have at least one year of experience with medications and the elderly, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid Medication Aide/Technician Certification.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Minimum of one year experience with medications and the elderly.
• Must pass health requirements and background checks.
• Food Handlers Permit may be required by state regulations.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.
