As a Medication Aide, you will support residents in daily living activities, update care plans, and engage them in community programs. Candidates must hold a high school diploma and relevant certification. The role offers a salary between USD 21.00 and 24.25 per hour, with a focus on teamwork and resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Salary

Salary Range: USD 21.00 - 24.25 /Hr.
