Arden Courts Parma is hiring a PRN Medication Aide (Med Tech) - must hold Ohio Med Tech certificate
The Medicine Aide/Technician assists with prescribed medications and treatments, as defined by state regulations, to residents and maintains related work records under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor. The Medicine Aide/Technician also acts as a Resident Caregiver, assisting residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to constant interaction with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 20 pounds frequently; up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, legs for bathing, dressing, writing, cleaning.
