Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Richmond (located in Midlothian) is hiring a PRN Medication Aide (Med Tech)
The Medicine Aide/Technician assists with prescribed medications and treatments, as defined by state regulations, to residents and maintains related work records under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor. They also act as a Resident Caregiver, assisting residents with daily activities such as personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interactions with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction.
