Brookdale Senior Living in Olympia, WA is seeking a Medication Technician (Finance) to join our team. This role supports medication administration under state regulations and coordinates with pharmacies to ensure timely delivery.

Eligible for full-time or part-time schedules, the position offers health, life and retirement plans, 401(k), earned wage access, and other benefits. Pay ranges from $19.38 to $29.07 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Based on state regulations and required training, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with medications.
• Maintain organized medication supply room and assist with cart audits.
• Communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.

Responsibilities

• Based on state regulations and completion of training/certification, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider and observe/report responses to your supervisor.
• Certified Medication Aides/Techs make sure the medication supply room is organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications. You will also communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.
• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification is required.
