Qualifications

• Based on state regulations and completion of required training/certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by health care provider.
• Observe and report responses to medications to supervisor.
• Keep the medication supply room organized and clean; assist with medication cart audits and accurate counts.
• Coordinate with pharmacies for medication delivery.
