Job summary

MBK Senior Living in California is hiring a Medication Technician for the NOC shift. You will provide compassionate resident care by assisting with medication administration and daily living activities, following personalized care plans and company policies.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, state-required certs, CPR/First Aid, and 1+ years in a similar healthcare setting. You must be comfortable with documentation, teamwork, and responding to emergencies while maintaining safety and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certification or education as required by state regulations.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid CPR & First Aid certification.
• 1+ years of prior healthcare experience in a similar role; medication handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and care per policies.
• Notify Supervisor if medication not administered per directions and document why.
• Maintain confidential records on resident medication and care.
• Track medication changes and coordinate with the pharmacy.
• Document incident reports and communicate changes in resident condition.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resident requests.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards and procedures.
• Comply with regulations and MBK policies.
