Job summary

Agemark Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician at The Evergreen Inn in Vancouver, WA to safely administer medications and document care, helping residents live with comfort and independence.

You will build relationships with residents and families, collaborate with the nursing team, and contribute to a compassionate, safe community that values teamwork and ongoing professional growth. Weekend and holiday availability encouraged.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Technician certification or qualifications required by Washington state.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to serve older adults.
• Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain electronic records.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
