Job Description:

1. Provides medication administration for residents.
2. Takes, documents, and receives medication orders, and administers medications.
3. Performs nursing procedures such as taking vital signs, administering enemas and suppositories, etc.
4. Follows universal precautions and hazardous chemical procedures to ensure safety.
5. Communicates with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and accurate medication orders.
6. Monitors residents' needs and reports any changes to the appropriate parties.

Job Requirements:

• Certified Nurse’s Aide or completed the 75-hour course and the company's Medication Administration course.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly or at least ten times per shift.
