Columbia Cottage in Palmyra, PA is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician / Caregiver to help provide high-quality care to residents. This part-time role offers meaningful daily interaction, on-site training, and the chance to impact quality of life in a warm, home-like setting.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with shift differentials, flexible scheduling, and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, and paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medication Technician certification required.
• Diabetes training beneficial.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and administer medications according to physician orders.
• Assist residents with taking medications safely and effectively.
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects.
• Document all medication administration in MAR accurately.
• Obtain vital signs, blood glucose, and other ordered measurements.
• Provide encouragement, education, and emotional support to residents.
• Deliver hands-on care and assist with daily living activities.

Available Shifts

• Night 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

All positions include every other weekend and holiday requirement unless otherwise noted
