Columbia Cottage – Palmyra, PA is seeking Medication Technicians / Caregivers to help seniors live well. We offer full-time or part-time roles with flexible scheduling, a starting pay of $19.00 per hour, holiday double-time pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Join a supportive team focused on quality of life for residents. You will administer medications, monitor residents, document MAR entries, and provide daily living assistance in a warm, home-like setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medication Technician certification required.
• Diabetes training.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience in assisted living, senior care, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications according to physician orders.
• Assist residents with taking medications safely and effectively.
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects.
• Document all medication administration in MAR accurately.
• Obtain vital signs, blood glucose, and other ordered measurements.
• Provide encouragement, education, and emotional support to residents.
• Deliver hands-on care and assist with daily living activities.

Starting Pay: $19.00/hour + Shift Differentials

Available Shifts

• Day 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Every Other Weekend Only)


• Evening 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM


• Night 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

All positions include every other weekend and holiday requirement unless otherwise noted
