Brookdale Senior Living is hiring a Medication Technician (Finance) to join our care team in West Orange, NJ. This role supports medication administration and coordination in a senior living environment across all shifts.

A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with opportunities for advancement into Resident Care Coordinators and Nursing roles. Full- and part-time benefits are provided, including health, life, and retirement plans.

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medication as prescribed by health care providers and observe/report to supervisor.
• Coordinate medication deliveries with pharmacies and ensure medication supply room is organized and clean.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

• Based on state regulations and completion of required training/certification, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider and observe/report responses to your supervisor.
• Certified Medication Aides/Techs make sure the medication supply room is organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications. You will also communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.
• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification is required.
