Job summary

The Arbor Company in West Chester, PA is hiring Certified Medication Technicians (Med Techs / CMTs) with starting pay at $21/hour and a $1,750 sign-on bonus. Evening and weekend shift differentials increase earnings, with full-time 3 pm–11:30 pm and part-time 7 am–3:30 pm or 3 pm–11:30 pm. Some weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification required.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely according to orders.
• Monitor resident wellbeing and report changes.
• Provide compassionate care with daily activities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with nurses and care team.
• Help ensure a safe, engaging environment for residents.
• Support and guide caregiving team during shifts.

$1,750 Sign-On Bonus + Shift Differentials

Located in West Chester, PA

Starting at $21/hour

• Higher pay available based on experience
• Earn even more with shift differentials

Fulltime Hours: 3 pm - 11:30 pm

Parttime Hours: 7 am - 3:30 pm & 3 pm - 11:30 pm

Some weekends required

Increase Your Earnings with Shift Differentials

• Evening Shift (3pm–11:30pm): +$1/hour
• Weekend Shift: +$2/hour
• Work BOTH weekend + evening shift = +$3/hour total differential
