Base pay will be determined by the applicant's skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. To support associates in their journey to U.S. citizenship, Brookdale offers to cover naturalization (Form N-400) application fees, up to $725, for qualified associates with at least one year of service.

  • Based on state regulations and completion of required training/certification, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with medication and treatments as prescribed and observe/report responses.
  • Certified Medication Aides/Techs ensure the medication supply room is organized, assist with medication cart audits, and coordinate medication delivery with pharmacies.
  • Completion of training/certification is required based on state regulation.
