Job summary

Sagora Senior Living, Prestonwood Court in Plano, TX, is seeking a compassionate Med Tech to administer medications, provide personal care, and support residents with daily activities. Training and delegation are provided, CMA certification optional.

Qualifications

• Six months of work experience passing meds in a retirement community setting preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• CMA certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately record administration of medications as prescribed by a resident's physician under supervision of a nurse.
• Obtain, record, and report resident vital signs.
• Provide personal care and assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status.
• Assist in dining, escort residents, and help with mobility and daily tasks.
