Job summary

Elegance is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care and medication administration as prescribed. You will document treatments, monitor responses, and communicate with residents, families, physicians, and care staff to ensure quality support.

The role requires completion of medications training, current CNA certification, and the ability to maintain accurate resident records. We offer competitive benefits and paid training to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have satisfactorily completed training in medications – including administration and documentation.
• Must demonstrate skill and knowledge of medication identification, use, purpose, adverse effect, and contra-indications.
• Must maintain current certification or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician.
• Document medication administrations accurately and timely.
• Document events and incidents.
• Summarize documentation in resident records.
• Provide direct care and service to residents as needed.
• Communicate appropriately with residents, family members, physician, support staff, and ancillary care providers.
