Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assists residents, family members and prospective residents as needed.
• Supervises and records medications.
• Helps residents with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Takes and records vital signs.
• Communicates with Physicians and consultants and provides follow up.
• Arranges physician appointments and transportation as needed.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations and records reports.
• Responds to emergency alerts.
• Supports residents’ dignity, safety and well-being.
