Job summary

Greenridge Place Memory Care is seeking a compassionate Medication Services Technician to join our dementia-trained care team. This role supports medication administration, vital signs, and individualized care plans under a licensed nurse supervision.

The position is part-time with NOC shifts and opportunities for growth. Certified Medication Technician certification is required; we offer a supportive environment and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Medication Technician (CMT).
• Experience with medication administration and vital signs.
• Ability to document care accurately in resident records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and treatments under licensed nurse supervision.
• Take vital signs and monitor residents for health and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of care and medication administration.
• Collaborate with care team to implement individualized care plans.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in trainings to enhance medication management skills.
• Certification as Medication Technician is required.

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Medication Services Technician to join our dedicated team at Greenridge Place Memory Care, a memory care community committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with cognitive impairment. As a critical member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of medications and treatments to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Conduct vital signs and observe resident behavior to ensure their overall health and safety
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to promote a supportive and caring environment
• Collaborate with the care team to create and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and vital signs
• Participate in educative programs and in-services to enhance knowledge and skills in medication management and care techniques
• Certified Medication Technician certification is required
