Job summary

Qualifications

• Must understand medication names (brand/generic) and dosing.
• Ability to read, write and understand English at 12th grade level.
• Must pass Pharmacy Technician Registration exam and maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Collect medication information from home and current pharmacy.
• Create and log patient home medication list.
• Document vaccination history and pharmacy records.
• Assist in sterile IV admixture procedures and compounding.
• Maintain inventory and fill unit doses in OR, Endo & OB.
