Responsibilities
- Perform standard duties of a Licensed Nursing Assistant as part of the care team.
- Assist in passing medications to residents as delegated by an RN or LPN.
Qualifications
- Education: Completion of 180-hour competency evaluation program and passing score on competency evaluation program approved by the NH Board of Nursing. Registered with NH Board of Nursing with a passing score of 90% or better on the board-approved medication administration education program. Attend and pass an 8-hour competency lab within 90 days after completion of the medication administration education program.
- Experience: 2 years of full-time LNA employment within the last 5 years.
- Licensure/Certification: Current registration and license as a Licensed Nursing Assistant. Valid Certificate of Medication Administration.
- Additional Eligibility Qualifications: A drug screen and criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires.
