Located in Columbus, Indiana, Keepsake Village of Columbus Memory Care is seeking a dedicated Medication Licensed Nurse to provide exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of resident medications and treatments.
  2. Supervise the community in the absence of the Administrator.
  3. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  4. Maintain accurate and confidential resident medical records.
  5. Communicate effectively with doctors, families, and staff regarding resident care.
  6. Assist with all resident care needs as required.
  7. Perform medication passes and chart appropriately.
  8. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Valid nursing license (RN, LVN, LPN, etc.) in good standing.
  • Minimum six months of nursing experience; senior care experience preferred.
  • CPR certification.
  • Four or more years of clinical nursing or long-term care experience.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
