Job summary

Betty Hardwick Center is seeking a Medication Clinic Supervisor to lead the clinic team in delivering comprehensive services to adults, children, and individuals with mental health, substance use, and developmental disabilities. The role includes overseeing PA and medication sample storage, plus managing related expenses.

You will collaborate with the Medical Director to set goals, implement policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate operations across the catchment area, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field or related area.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and problem resolution, with team leadership experience.
• Valid Texas Driver's license and insurability; driving essential to the role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Medication Clinic staff serving adults, children, and individuals with MH/SUD/ID.
• Oversee Patient Assistance and medication sample storage; monitor related expenses and develop PA processes.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to set goals, implement guidelines, and establish program policies and procedures; manage schedules and performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with funding-source requirements; deliver services across the catchment area via in-person and telemedicine.
• Prepare and evaluate budgets; report to Chief Clinical Officer and coordinate program operations.
