Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech to administer medications and treatments to residents with accuracy and compassion, ensuring dignity and regulatory compliance.

You will follow physician orders, document in MAR/TAR, monitor residents, report changes, maintain secure medication carts, and perform narcotic counts per policy. This on-site role requires a High School Diploma, CPR and First Aid certifications, and a Medication Administration certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ to work.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Medication Administration certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications following physician orders and Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document medication administration promptly in MAR/TAR.
• Monitor residents during and after medication passes and respond to concerns.
• Report refusals or health changes immediately.
• Maintain medication carts and rooms in a clean, organized manner.
• Complete narcotic counts as per policy and adhere to infection control and safety standards.
