• Administers medications under a physician's order and under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Demonstrates the five rights of medication administration.
• Records administration of medications and treatments accurately.
• Observes for adverse reactions and reports them to a licensed nurse.
• Maintains secure and organized medication carts and rooms.
• Performs duties as assigned and participates in facility education in-services.
