Job summary

Bonaventure of Lacey in Washington state is seeking a Medication Aide to join our caring team. You will support residents with personal care, administer medications, and ensure timely response to call lights, delivering high-quality service in a warm, home-like setting.

Starting wage ranges from $20.25 to $21.25 per hour with paid training, benefits consideration, and opportunities for education assistance as you grow within our Bonaventure Senior Living community.

Qualifications

• English language required.
• CPR Certification (preferred).
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care assistance to residents (bathing, dressing, incontinence, etc.).
• Answering resident call lights in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, vendors and outside providers.
• Administering medications.
• Complete charting on residents daily.
• Inputting medication orders into MAR (Medication administration record).
