Job summary

Bonaventure of Vancouver is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide to support residents with both daily care and medication administration. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and empathy in a close-knit team serving our senior residents.

Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, with opportunities for paid training and benefits. Must be CNA/HCA certified and pass a background check to join Bonaventure’s dedicated care team in Vancouver, WA.

Qualifications

• English language required.
• CPR Certification (preferred).
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
• NAR, applying or currently have HCA or NAC

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care assistance to residents (bathing, dressing, incontinence, etc.).
• Answering resident call lights promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, vendors and outside providers.
• Administering medications.
• Completing charting on residents daily.
• Inputting medication orders into MAR (Medication administration record).
