We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN opportunities with interviews on a walk-in basis and no appointment needed. Positions include caregiving, medication assistance, and resident support on a compassionate senior living

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable and dependable.
• Team-oriented.
• Interested in Assisted Living, Memory Care or senior living.
• Previous experience as CNA, PCA, Caregiver, Resident Assistant, Home Health Aide, Direct Care Worker or Med Tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Help with mobility, transfers and activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and resident engagement.
• Support a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Work closely with our nursing and care team.
• Observe residents and communicate changes to the care team.
• Assist with medication administration according to Virginia requirements.
• Provide compassionate and dependable service.

CNA / PCA / Caregiver Responsibilities

As a member of our care team, you will:
