Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living in Minot, ND is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated care team. You will support residents with daily living activities, assist with mobility, monitor health conditions, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment where residents feel valued and heard.

English proficiency is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; minimum of 1 year CNA experience in elderly care; medication aide training may be required in some

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in elderly care.
• Must read, write and speak English to communicate effectively.
• Must complete Medication Aide training (and certification where required).

Responsibilities

• Provides medication assistance for residents under state regulations and policy.
• Maintains medication cart and storage room in a neat, orderly manner.
• Ensures accurate medication counts and secures medication storage area.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility).
• Engages residents in conversation and activities while providing personal care and medication help.
• Responds to resident needs promptly and seeks licensed nurse assistance as necessary.
• Upholds Residents’ Rights and company policies at all times.
• Completes documentation such as MARs, incident reports, and behavior tracking.
