Job summary

Mountain Ridge Center in Franklin, NH is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to provide split-duty care. This part-time role includes 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm shifts, with 12-hour options and a $5,000 sign-on for full-time. Additionally, outstanding benefits and higher pay in lieu of benefits are offered.

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will administer medications and medicated creams, maintain carts and rooms, and ensure timely refills and documentation in accordance with state

Qualifications

• State-approved medication aide training required.
• State-approved CNA training program completed.
• Certified Nursing Assistant with one year of CNA experience.
• English language literacy required for patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer routine and PRN medications as prescribed.
• Maintain medication supply and restock medicine carts and medicine room.
• Notify pharmacy of new medication orders and refills.
• Monitor vital signs when indicated by therapy.
