Home Again is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to support residents with daily activities, medication reminders and compassionate care in a warm, home-like setting. Part-time and full-time shifts are available, with PM shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Certified in Medication Administration.
• Compassionate, reliable, and a strong team player.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Build connections while supporting residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dining, and medication reminders.
• Support Life Enrichment programs and daily routines to create joyful moments.
• Respond to residents' needs with patience, compassion, and care.
• Help residents feel "home again" through dedicated service.
