Job summary

Comforts of Home Senior Living Hudson II is hiring Medication Aide/Caregivers for part-time AM and PM shifts. Pay ranges from $16.50 to $21.50 per hour, depending on experience. No prior experience is required; paid training will be provided. The role involves CNA/Caregiver duties and direct resident care.

You will join a supportive team focused on high-quality care, with opportunities to impact residents daily and grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
• Assist residents with personal care including shampooing, showering/bathing, incontinence management, transferring and medication administration.
• Communicate in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
