Job summary

Sunrise Manor, part of Signature HealthCARE, is hiring for a Full-time Day shift (12 hr) with a 3-day week and weekend rotation to provide daily personal care to residents at our 137-bed facility in Kentucky.

You will assist with changing linens, ambulating residents, recording vital signs, and monitoring changes in condition, while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Certification in Medication Aide and current Nursing license, plus CPR, are required.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Aide Certification and current Nursing Certification from state.
• Current/active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to residents.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices.
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned.
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition.
