Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) on state registry.
• Completion of State Approved Nurse Aide Training & Competency Evaluation Program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Record and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Provide personal care and assist with meals, hygiene, and mobility as needed.
• Observe residents and document conditions or adverse reactions.
