Fall Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Certified Medication Aide to join our dedicated team in Humble, TX. You will patiently assist residents with medications and respond to their needs in a compassionate manner.

The role requires CNA and Certified Medication Aide credentials, with shifts available 6a-2p and 2p-10p. Immediate interviews are offered Monday–Friday 10am–4pm at 14949 Mesa Dr, Humble, TX 77396, USA.

Qualifications

• Assists residents with medications and responds to their needs with patience and compassion.
• Requires CNA and Certified Medication Aide credentials.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care during medication delivery.
