An established industry player is seeking compassionate individuals for the role of Personal Care Medication Aide/Caregiver. This position involves providing essential medical and physical care to residents, ensuring their independence while fostering a supportive environment. Compensation: From $15.00 to $17.00 per hour (based on experience), plus additional shift differentials.
Sign-on Bonus: $2000 for full-time, $1000 for part-time positions.
Status/Shift: Full-Time Evening; Part-Time Day, Evening, and Night shifts.
Rotating weekends and holidays.
The Personal Care Medication Aide/Caregiver is responsible for distributing medications and treatments to residents, performing general household caregiver duties, and providing medical and physical care to meet residents' daily needs, supporting their highest level of independence.
This role acts as the resident’s closest advocate, promoting psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships, supporting social service needs, and fostering a caring environment. Responsibilities include planning and facilitating social activities, maintaining a clean and safe household environment, and assisting with residents’ personal laundry.

Primary Caregiver: Respect residents' rooms as their home, support self-care, assist with activities of daily living, respond promptly to assistance requests, observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, and document services provided.
Medication Administration: Prepare, administer, and document medications and treatments safely, respecting resident dignity, and report any reactions or refusals to licensed nursing staff.
Life Enhancement: Address psychosocial needs through planned and spontaneous activities, support social engagement, and assist with transportation and documentation related to social services.
Meals and Housekeeping: Assist with mealtimes as needed, maintain cleanliness of household spaces, support household environment needs, and coordinate with the homemaker for housekeeping tasks.
Laundry: Assist residents with personal laundry needs, supporting their self-care and dignity.
